About us

Local, personal, and here when you're not

Lake LBJ Property Management is an owner-run team based in Marble Falls. We keep things personal, so every owner gets someone who genuinely knows their house.

Why we do this

Owning a home on Lake LBJ should feel like a getaway, not a second job. But a house that sits empty for weeks at a time in the Texas Hill Country needs attention: air conditioners work hard, storms roll through, irrigation breaks, and a small leak can run for a long time when no one is there to notice it. You need someone you can trust to manage your home.

We started Lake LBJ Property Management to be the person who is there. Our mission is to implement what we call the "always ready" management system — so that your home and your toys are ready to go when you arrive, and looked after when you leave.

Second homes only

We specialize in personalized management for privately used second homes. We do not manage rental properties. That's a deliberate choice: it lets us know every house well and build each service plan around one family instead of a booking calendar.

Rooted in the Highland Lakes

We've lived in the Texas Hill Country since 2000 and know what is involved in keeping a luxury lake home in good repair and ready for fun. Years of working in local real estate built the network of trades and concierge services our clients rely on today — from housekeepers and lawn crews to the specialists you only need once every few years.

The people who’ll know your house

Trenton Despain, Owner of Lake LBJ Property Management

Owner

Trenton Despain

Trenton is a people person with a heart of service, and she thrives on helping others with more than just caring for their home, but also creating relationships. She moved to the fabulous Highland Lakes area in 2000, and has been working in real estate as well as a middle school teacher ever since. Her real estate career has allowed her to network and form many connections that are advantageous to all of her property concierge customers. She especially enjoys sharing God's breathtaking sunsets, wildlife, and other miraculous gems with Hill Country residents and visitors.

Trenton has three grown children who are an enormous part of her life, so if she is not caring for your property, she is most likely with family. Her other passions include Jesus, yoga, travel, and health and wellness.

She is here to serve you with all of your property management needs and looks forward to meeting each and every potential customer.
