How it works
How it works — from first call to always ready
Getting started is simple, the terms are plain, and there's no long-term lock-in. Here's exactly what to expect.
Step 1
Interview
We get to know you and your home.
During the interview we get to know you, review the services included every month, determine if we're a good fit, and customize a service plan for your home — how often you visit, what toys you keep at the dock, which vendors you already trust.
Step 2
Agreement
A simple contract with a 60-day out.
Once you're satisfied with your customized service plan and pricing, we execute the contract. It includes a 60-day notice opt-out for each party, so you're never locked into a long-term commitment.
Step 3
Payment
One predictable monthly charge.
The fee covering your customized service plan is invoiced through our accounting software and sent by email or text. Vendor work such as housekeeping or lawn service is billed separately.
Step 4
Pre-visit notification
Give us 72 hours and the house is ready.
Give us 72 hours' notice of your arrival to take advantage of our pre-visit prep: thermostats set, ice machines on, cushions out, watercraft checked, property blown, dock de-webbed, and pre-ordered groceries delivered.
Step 5
Post-visit notification
Tell us what needs attention before next time.
When you leave, complete the short review form to tell us what needs to be taken care of before your next visit. We close up the house and get to work on the list.
