Second-home care in Granite Shoals
Granite Shoals stretches along the shore of Lake LBJ in Burnet County, just west of Marble Falls. It's a residential lake city known for the public parks dotted along its waterfront, and for a quieter pace than the resort side of the lake. Many of its homes are weekend and holiday places — loved, but empty much of the time.
Lake LBJ was actually named Lake Granite Shoals when it was first created, before being renamed for President Lyndon B. Johnson in 1965 — so you could say this is where the lake's story starts.
What we do for Granite Shoals owners
- Weekly home watch walk-throughs — every week, inside and out.
- Maintenance and repair management — one list, the right trades, access provided, work verified.
- Lawn and landscape oversight — the grounds kept up whether or not you've been out lately.
- Arrival and departure concierge — arrive to a house that's ready; leave without a closing checklist.
- Dock and watercraft readiness — dock checked weekly, boat checked before every visit.
Close by when it counts
Because Granite Shoals neighbors Marble Falls, we're only minutes away. When a vendor needs to be met at the house, or something needs a second look between weekly visits, that proximity matters.
